The can of worms I opened last month was, quite frankly, very well received. I was expecting some “interesting” responses but, apart from just a couple who won’t be reading this, everyone that emailed back wanted to thank us for what we do and love the way we do it. Also, it seems you like our friendly open style of doing business which has always been our objective. Therefore, it will continue to be our style, so “business as usual”
